Write to [email protected] with anything about Chiipin — a problem, a question, or a request about your data.
Connecting ChatGPT or Claude
Add the Chiipin app in ChatGPT, or the Chiipin connector in Claude, and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in Chiipin. Chiipin then shows what the assistant is asking for; choose Allow to connect it.
Once connected, the assistant can:
- read your groups, balances, bills and payments;
- add a bill and split it;
- record a payment between you and someone you share a group with;
- confirm or decline a payment someone recorded as paid to you;
- mark your share of a bill as paid.
Chiipin only keeps the record. No money moves through Chiipin.
Disconnecting an app
In the iPhone app or on the web, go to Profile › Connected apps and choose Disconnect. The app loses access at once.
Deleting your account
In the iPhone app or on the web, go to Profile › Delete account, or email us and we will do it for you. Deleting your account also disconnects every connected app.
